Season 5 of Call of Task: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone gets here on August 2, and the new season will consist of an event for 50 years of hip hop music. This content will consist of music tracks, a weapon blueprint, and operator bundles for artists Snoop Dogg, Nicki Minaj and 21 Savage.
Call of Duty’s Hip Hop event will include complimentary products for all players. Activision states everyone will get free hip pop War Tracks for visiting to Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone in between August 7 and August 16.
The first three days of visiting during this time frame will give a hip hop War Track from the ’80s, ’90s, or 2000s. On the fourth day of visiting, players will receive a special weapon blueprint. These products will immediately be given to the player upon login.
In addition to the 6 standard operators in Season 5, three popular artists will get here for the event. Snoop Dogg, who was formerly seen in Vanguard and Call of Duty: Mobile, is returning as an operator in Modern Warfare 2. His package will show up sometime throughout the “launch window” of Season 5.
Signing up with the Doggfather are likewise Nicki Minaj and 21 Savage. Nicki’s operator skin is revealed to show off an iced out look with a pink attire and gun, but 21 Savage’s operator skin is “redacted” and will be exposed at a later time.
No further rates or details are available at this time, and more details will likely get here closer to the launch of Season 5.
Most just recently, Call of Duty included a crossover with The Boys in Season 4 Reloaded, adding superhero operator packages for Homelander, Starlight, and Black Noir. Ensure to check out all the highlights from the Season 5 Roadmap, consisting of the upcoming reveal of Call of Duty 2023.
